Saying goodbye to our Year 6 is difficult every year but this group have been exceptional in their behaviour, attitude and learning. This week has been packed with fun including the pool party, leavers show and prom. So many special memories made that they will take with them on their next adventure. Well done Chestnuts Class of 2026. We will miss you but know you will go forward in your next adventure with confidence, pride and Stoneydelph spirit. CAT School

What a fabulous time we all had at our Family Festival. We loved dancing along to live music, getting drenched in the soak zone, zooming around on the inflatables and much more. We also loved meeting Rumi and Bluey! Our Tie Dye club made the most beautiful t-shirts to wear too.
Thank you to all of our amazing families for supporting us and to the brilliant staff team who help me to make these crazy ideas into a reality. Seeing the smiles on everyone’s faces was worth all of the hard work. Same time next year with our 2027 event. The planning has already begun….

Our Family Festival takes place on Friday and we are so excited for this special event. 😎🎤🪅 The weather forecast is looking like it will be hot and sunny! ☀️
Bring your best festival vibes along and enjoy the live music, arts and crafts, inflatables, bubble zone and our new addition THE SOAK ZONE! Be aware - you may get wet!! 💦
If there are any local organisations or companies that can help us to keep our children cool by donating a gazebo or sun parasol we would be most grateful. Thank you. 🏖️

Well done to the girls in year 4, 5 and 6 who took part in a ‘This Girl Can’ event at Tamworth Athletic Club. The event was to promote girls sport and they played quidditch, netball, hockey, fencing, cricket and pickleball! They also had loads of freebies too - who doesn’t love a goodie bag?

Lots of enjoyment and thankfully lots of cool water and shade in between events.

Well done girls - you absolutely can do anything you put your mind to! 💪🏻

Teaching children to swim and water safety are vital skills for life. We have our own pool set up at Stoneydelph during the summer term so every child from Reception to Year 6 can have an intensive block of swimming lessons. The progress children make with their water confidence, swimming stroke and stamina is amazing using this lesson approach. We also have a qualified swimming teacher and school staff in the water to help those children who need it. We also top up our curriculum offer with after school swimming lessons and don’t forget the Year 6 leavers pool party! If you want to know more, please get in touch. CAT School

The behaviour, determination and perseverance of our pupils has been exemplary and the team have been trained and guided brilliantly by Mr Brookes. Well done to all athletes and huge thanks to Mr Brooke’s, the Stoneydelph parents and the staff team for supporting this event.

Our outdoor learning area in Reception class has had another upgrade! The new rainbow canopy means that the children can access the outdoors in all weathers - it has been really useful in all of the rain this week!!! We are always working hard to improve our learning environment inside and out and the Stoneydelph grounds are fantastic. CAT School
