The NHS Highland Health Improvement team and Planet Youth are delighted to inform you that we are running a new block of Speakeasy sessions for parents and carers.

What are Speakeasy Sessions?
Does the thought of speaking to your child or adolescent about growing up, their health, risk-taking behaviours, relationships or sexual health worry or confuse you? If so, Speakeasy sessions can help. All sessions last 90 minutes and are run online in small group sessions. These groups are kept small to allow for conversation, are relaxed, informal and allow for sharing thoughts and ideas.
