We’re on the search for someone to help us run our amazing farm day to day, so our coaches have more time for the clients that need us.
Must have experience with horses, believe in holistic and natural horsemanship and be willing to muck in with everything that goes into running a wonderful 50 acre site like ours.
Approx 4 hours work daily - ideally split into AM and PM shifts but open to discussing this.
We’ve 27+ horses and ponies of all ages and sizes. All live out and are checked, hayed/fed, rugged twice a day.
Key duties will include, feeding, rug changes, hays, poo picking/paddock blading, fence fixing and farm maintenance support.
Open on number of days a week, four as a minimum. The right person is more important than more days.
Positive references, DBS and an interest in our therapy work are essential. A sense of humour is ideal! 🫶
