Mrs Selway and I have thought long and hard about the these two classes. We both agree, along with Governing Body guidance that the 10-13 class (1825 to 1925) and the Adult class (1930 to 2030) will be cancelled due to the heat.

Keep a look out for changes to opening for Thursday kickboxing classes. As it stands we will be open, unless conditions change. If we close due to the heat/weather we will update you by all means possible.

Hello everyone. With the morning being cooler than the rest of the day, classes will run in the morning. Should conditions become untrainable, notification of cancelled classes will come as soon as possible. As always, uniform is not mandatory, just comfortable clothing and bring plenty of fluids.
