Amazing day at our BJJ open mat & belt promotion ceremony yesterday followed by our final summer BBQ instalment of the year!

Some high level skill on display and great to see such a positive, vibrant atmosphere where all can enjoy their training and help each other get better. This is no doubt a recipe for even more success in the future.

As a predominantly MMA focused academy we are for sure developing a skilled set of Gi & NoGi grapplers, keep an eye out for some of these kids bursting on to the competition scene!

Our next BJJ promotion will be Saturday 14th November along side our 10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY PARTY - hosting seminars from some of your favourite MMA & BJJ ahletes & coaches of old and new.

We are coming up to our 10 year anniversary what an amazing journey it has been with all of our team, members, friends and family. Lots of blood, sweat, tears, adversity & triumph shared together on the mats over a decade.

Sorry guys - we are closed Saturday for our new mat fit out! The only class on is Boxing skills & drills session at 10am outside on the yard 🥊

If you want to train bring trainers, boxing gloves and plenty of fluids incase the sun makes a strong appearance 👊🏼

Currently on our 4 week beginners course? This class is also open to you ✅

No Juniors class, 11am or 12pm class. Back open as normal from Sunday for PT’s 😎
