This week (16th-22nd March) it's Neurodiversity Celebration Week, and as part of this we've handed our Blog over to Nat from Divergent Thinking, to share some simple adjustments we can make as Outdoor Centres to be more inclusive - both for our staff and the young people we serve.
A really good read, and hopefully some real practical advice which can be adopted easily!

We are pleased to announce that our latest course is now online - Fire Safety Awareness for the Outdoor Industry.
This course takes a look at the key elements of fire safety in the workplace, and how to respond to a fire on site, but written with Outdoor Education Centres in mind. For example, how do Centre staff assist young people on residential in navigating to the assembly point? What might be the procedures in this context?
The course is just £15 per learner, and will take around 90 mins to complete.
