I’m so fortunate to be asked to speak and deliver training for so many groups of people.

In the last year I’ve spoken both online and in person to various schools, universities, podcasts, parent carer forums, conferences and organisations. I’m passionate about sharing knowledge, insight and good practice.

I am now planning for the next academic year, so please do get in touch if you wanted more information on training or talks for your organisation.

What are your moments of joy?

I’m slightly fixated on what Lewis said last night, how in 2023 there was no knowing if he would ever get back on stage again!

It made me think about when our kids are in burnout we are left with so many unknowns about how the future will look. It’s feels so scary and so uncertain.

And yet, so many of us get to see our children do things that for such a long time we had no idea would be possible.

This was particularly poignant for me last night….. as two years ago, I would have never been able to leave one of my children with someone else, in order to enable me to travel to a concert that fell over bedtime 🛏️

So much joy from recognising how far we have come.

Feel free to share your own families achievements that you were never sure would be possible 🙂
