I haven't yet mastered intricate sugar work but what I can do is the best standard possible. From chocolate buttercream covered rainbow cakes, bacon and sweet potato cupcakes, ciabatta loaves, 8 strand plaited loaf, rhubarb and champagne panna cotta, and the list goes on

A chocolate and salted caramel cake!
Happy New Year to you all!! Doing a chocolate chiffon cake today, filled with salted caramel and topped with chocolate ganache. Somewhat worried about every stage!!!
