Childminder Swindon My name is Lillian Gallagher and I work as a childminder in my own home. My childcare Experience
I have worked as a childminder in my own home since 1999.

Location
I live in Swindon town centre, Commercial road area which is handy if you work in town. My earlier experience from work with children includes a year working as an au-pair in America, and a total of 7 years of working in nurseries and pre-school in Norway, as assistant and as group leader. My Qualifications
I got the grade 'Good' on my last Ofsted inspection December 2019. I have recently

taken various short courses such as behaviour management, first aid, safeguarding children. My earlier courses, when back in Norway, was on language in young children, play and games for children and I have done a general course for pre-school assistants. Other than that, the school of life. ;-) Oh, and the introduction to childcare course of course and training in the EYFS. My opening times are between 08.30 and 17.00, but am open for discussion on working longer hours if needed. My Fees
I charge £4.00 per hour. My Tags

When the weather got too hot after the morning splash around in water outside, we continued the play inside, breaking little figures out of frozen ice, seeing how warmer water melted the ice quicker than cold water.

Hot enough for us! 🥵 I'm quite welcoming the odd splash, followed by child's laughter. 🥰😁

We just love it when Lotmead farm opens again for the season! Great playground, love feeding the goats and pigs and "talking" to the chickens and Turkey, getting them to cluck and gobble back to us! Here from a visit last week.

We have had a busy few days the last week or so!
A visit to Newark Park started last week off, a national trust property, where the highlight possibly was seeing the free roaming Peacocks.
We have been on a few bughunts, in town, parks and in the garden. Visited Lotmead last week with the fabulous play area and farm animals, and so far this week we have been to World of Crocodiles yesterday, and today we went to Oxford to have a look around The Natural history museum.

Monday's visit to Snowshill manor. So many interesting things to see and beautiful surroundings.
