day 3, home, with powerful steroids, cant have anti inflammatory because of meds i all ready take ,,but Eddie got my nettle tea ,turmeric ,ginger and black pepper tea and another one cant remember name of it plus he picked up a spin bike which he is setting up in studio,
i used to spin for a hour a night in the winter and row for an hour after school prepping for my cycle to japan and could only ride my bike weekends ,30 miles after school weekdays and 200 weekends,
cant say i will do that again but on the positive ,there's always a positive in any situation, i plan to cycle on my spin bike 8,610 mi that's the mile from Swindon to Tokyo ,it would be brilliant to do it in that will take 345 day
