This week the Little Wonders went to story time at the library, Nature Tots in the rain, playgroup and did the Gruffalo trail at Lydiard park.
They also played in the garden, with the play dough, created in the home corner and many more things.
It was lovely having all our normal activities on and introducing our new Little Wonders to everything.

September means a new season and a new menu.
We are a vegetarian home and that is the food I make for the children, it runs on a three week rotation so children try a good selection of foods each season and are repeated often enough to get used to new tastes.

The first week of September was a short but busy one, with some groups restarting and new children joining us.
Lovely to be back to playgroup and all were happy to go to Nature Tots on a different day.

Behind the scenes action.
Bank holiday weekend is the time to rope your family into make over projects.
This one was urgent as my deck had become a hazard.
So me, my Mum, brother and toddler set to work knocking it down and making the area safe again.
Two full days of hard graft and it’s ready to welcome the children again.
Big thanks to my family for spending so much time and effort helping us.

August is a funny month in childcare, most of our regular activities are closed, so we get to explore new places.
We visited lots of different playgrounds, went to paddle in some rivers, did the ball run in Cirencester and the scarecrow trail in Castle Eaton.
Nature tots was open most weeks so we went regularly.

Zoo animals this month.
As well as a complete reset of all the play areas.
Who else starts with moving toys and ends moving all the furniture around?! Just me 😆🫣

This week the Little Wonders went to story time at the library, playgroup, Nature Tots and two trips to the splash park.
They also had fun in the house and garden with play dough, sand, dirt, crayons, scissors and a variety of vehicles and soft toys.
