Looking for an activity that helps your child build confidence, focus, discipline and fitness?

This September, we're opening up 10 new junior places for children aged 6-12 years old at Swindon Higashi Karate Kai.

Karate isn't just about kicking and punching.

It's about learning respect, developing resilience, making friends and gaining confidence that carries over into school and everyday life.

📍 Eastcott Community Centre, Old Town, Swindon

🗓 Wednesday: 6:30pm - 7:30pm
🗓 Sunday: 10:00am - 11:00am

✅ First class completely FREE

A weekend well spent with my karate friends.
Big thank you to Tony Sergent for organising the course on Saturday and also to Jawnee Rok & Meesh Eldunn for coming to the club for a visit.

Also a massive congratulations to those who graded last night. It was a small grading, but each and everyone pushed themselves and deserve the promotions - well done everyone 🥋
