Tomorrow, at the Hub, we will have breastfeeding support available from 10am until 11:30am.

We will also have maternity and nursing bra fitting, with Optimum Nursing Bras going on from 11am until 1pm. Please try to arrive by 12:30pm, if you want fitting.

As always, the scales will be out for anyone to use, to weigh their baby.

The Hub is run as a drop-in and is totally free to attend, including the bra fitting. Although you do have to pay for any bras you wish to take home!

I’m super excited to announce 📣 we have x2 after school clubs YEAY!

Wednesday and Thursdays 4-5:15pm

We will offer things Zen Den… yoga,
Meditation , Breathwork, time in nature, some arts and crafts… nothing is set in stone… each week we agree what we would like to do together depending on how we feel as a group…respect and appreciation for ourselves, friends and group dynamics.

You’ll notice on the site booking page, 3 pricing options. We trust in your financial honesty when you book 🙏🏼🫶🏻🙇🏻‍♀️ we aim to make this club accessible to all via our CIC Omni Roots Hub out new Community Interest Company for kids and teens ###

The Hub isn't running this coming Monday, as it's a bank holiday. But here's what coming up after that.

Tomorrow we have breastfeeding support from 10am until 11:30am. Please try to arrive by 11am, if you want feeding support.

This will be followed by support choosing and using slings, with Swindon and Devizes Sling Library, from 11:30am until 1pm.

Even if you don't need any support with feeding or wearing your baby in a sling, you are still more than welcome to come along and chat to other parents, or to weigh your baby on our scales.

Today, IBCLC Elena Rossi will be holding a baby led weaning talk. During the hour long session, Elena will explain what baby led weaning is, why it makes sense, how to start, what foods to give (and which ones not to). There will be time for plenty of questions, both during and after the talk.

And of course breastfeeding support will be available, as always, from 10am until 11:30am.

Highly recommend these sessions run by the wonderful Sam of Zen Den.

Sam will be running sessions with the Monday and friday youth clubs after the summer holidays. Both of my girls have loved attending the sessions.

There are a few different organisations across Wiltshire who provide free infant feeding support groups. These groups are run by volunteers, and we need more, not only to keep our current groups running, but to start new groups, in areas that currently don’t have any.

If you think you'd like to give something back to your community, by supporting parents to breastfeed their children, then do get in contact with either ourselves, or with the Swindon Breastmates, Devizes, Melksham and Calne Breastfeeding Support or Wiltshire Breastfeeding Support Wiltshire Breastfeeding Support

In exchange for volunteering at a group, we'll pay to get you fully trained. The only requirement to do the training, other than a commitment to volunteer, is that you have breastfed for at least 6 months (whether you have just reached the 6 month mark with your first baby, or you breastfeed your child 40 years ago).
