5 YEARS!🌟
On Sunday 21st June, we held our 7th student event, which also marked 5 years to the day that Solstice Sound first opened its doors!🎊

What first started out as a dream, has since grown into a community of 70+ amazing students and we couldn’t be more grateful🥹🙏

For our event this year, 15 of our students stepped onto the stage to play with a band, some for the very first time! 11 students performed within our Solstice house band, and then 4 students formed our first full student band and closed the night!🔥

We had the incredible JJB Images and Edu Bauer Photos on photography, and Menham Entertainment supplying the awesome photobooth for the evening! 📸

Thanks to The Victoria for letting us host another awesome showcase at the venue, and a special thanks to our friend Jake, who always does an incredible job running the sound for us! 🎶

Shoutout to my Mum and Auntie Gill who kept the merch/raffle table running - you guys do such a wonderful job, thank you! 🙏

Big thank you to Neil, for all of your hard work and another year of being our resident shred lord!🎸⚡️
You do such an amazing job and we’d be lost without you!

And a final thank you to our students, families, friends and supporters over the past five years! Thank you for believing in us - We couldn’t do it all without you! 🫶

I had a lovely day yesterday, and I will now be out of office over the weekend, from Friday 3rd until the morning of Monday 6th!

The studio will remain open as usual, but I will be away from my phone - so please expect delayed replies.

✨5 YEARS • 60 MONTHS • 1826 DAYS✨

On Sunday 21st June, we hosted our 7th student showcase which also marked 5 years to the day that Solstice Sound first opened its doors.

Firstly, a HUGE thank you!🌟
Whether you’ve had lessons with us, rehearsed with us, played gigs with us, shared our posts, recommended us to friends, or simply supported us along the way, you’ve all helped to make Solstice Sound what it is today. 🙏

We have lots of awesome photos and footage from the event to come soon, but in the meantime, I just wanted to hop on and say thank you for all the support over the years.

This is something teenage Soph could only ever have dreamed of. As I approach 26 (ew, I know!), I’m constantly reminded of how lucky I am to call this my career. I still have moments where I have to pinch myself and remember that this is actually real!!

It’s been a wild ride, and I’ve met some truly incredible people along the way. I’m forever grateful for the Solstice community that we have built up over the years.
Your continued support, kindness, and belief in what we do means more to me than I could ever put into words.

Watching this little dream of mine grow into something so special has been wonderful and I’m so excited for what’s to come!!🤩

Feeling very emotional and grateful for this milestone, and I can’t wait to see what the next 5 years will bring.
