One of my new targets is to re-qualify ( after a long pause) as an orienteer coach to introduce it into a school of which I am a governor.
Sometimes known as cunning running, it is a sport that starts at an easy level, introduces participants to the skills of map reading and can become as challenging as you want it to be.
