Sharing dinky love with anyone who needs it!

A quick look behind the scenes at what a visit to National Star looks like.

I love visiting National Star College and spending time with the students. Some we see every time we visit, and often meeting lots of new faces too.

Every visit is very special and always very different. Whether it’s the weather, which ponies I take, who we see, or how each student chooses to spend their time with the ponies, no two visits are ever quite the same.

Some students love getting involved and spending lots of time with the ponies, while others simply enjoy sitting quietly nearby and watching them.

And that’s what I love most about Dinky visits. There really is no right or wrong way to enjoy time with the ponies. We just meet people where they are and let them enjoy their own little bit of Dinky magic ā¤ļø

The wait is finally over… here’s your first little glimpse of the 2027 Dinky Ponies Calendar!

Laura Ness Photography and the rest of the team have been working tirelessly with me behind the scenes to bring this year’s calendar to life, and I can’t tell you how much planning, care and love has gone into every single page.

From choosing the perfect locations and planning each photoshoot, to capturing the right moments, carefully selecting the final photographs and obsessing over all the tiny details, this calendar has truly been a labour of love.

Last year’s calendar was something I was incredibly proud of, so the pressure was definitely on to make this year’s even better!

I’ve been keeping this one under wraps for so long and I honestly cannot wait for you to finally see it.

The pre release is coming very soon, and I promise it will be worth the wait.

I really hope you’re going to love this year’s calendar as much as I do!

Yesterday afternoon I had the pleasure of welcoming Greg Giles, CEO of , to Dinky Ponies HQ.

It was lovely to be able to show Greg around our little corner of the world and introduce him to all the ponies.

Greg, and his wife Carole have been such a wonderful support to Dinky Ponies, providing all the D***s with their amazing footwear, which enables us to visit people and places that we might otherwise not be able to safely reach.

Their boots give the ponies extra protection, stability and confidence when we are walking on slippery, uneven or unfamiliar surfaces. Most importantly, they give me the reassurance that the ponies are comfortable, secure and safe while they are out doing their very important work.

It is because of amazing people and companies like Greg and Carole that the Dinky Ponies can continue to bring their little bit of magic to so many people.

We are incredibly grateful for their support and for everything they do for Dinky Ponies ā¤ļø

Unbelievably we are nearly completely fully booked for 2027!

It honestly blows my mind that we can be booking a whole year in advance. I never, ever take that for granted.

Because of this, I'm unfortunately not able to take on any new clients at this stage. I have so many wonderful regular clients who continue to book month on month with us. I'm incredibly grateful for their loyalty and support.

I want to make sure that I can continue to look after our regular bookings and give them the time, care and service they deserve before taking on any more new clients.

Thank you. Thank you to everyone who keeps coming back, who believes in the power of the pony and who continues to support what we do.

I am forever grateful ā¤ļø

Tell yourself, you are here. You matter.

If things feel hard, remember that you are special. You are important. And you are enough, exactly as you are.

I’m considering adding someone to join the Dinky Ponies team🐓

As Dinky Ponies continues to grow, I’m looking for the right person to help me with the ponies and their care.

I’m looking for someone with really good horse knowledge and experience, who is confident, capable and completely comfortable around horses.

The role would mainly involve weekend work, but I’d ideally like someone who is local and able to help with morning or evening stables when needed, as well as occasional cover.

You’ll need to be someone who is:

• Experienced with horses and genuinely understands them
• Confident handling horses independently
• Reliable and responsible
• Calm, patient and kind
• Happy getting stuck into all the usual yard jobs
• Someone who notices the little things and takes pride in the care they provide
• Ideally local, particularly for occasional morning or evening cover

The Dinkies are incredibly special, and their care is something I take very seriously. So more than anything, I’m looking for someone I can trust. Someone who will care for them as I do and understand that they aren’t just horses on a yard ā¤ļø

If you think you could be the right fit, please send me a private message with a little bit about yourself, your horse experience, where you’re based and your availability.

Please only message if you genuinely have the experience and knowledge I’m looking for, as I’m expecting lots of enquiries and want to be able to give the right people the time they deserve🐓

Sometimes life isn’t fair. Sometimes things are tough, and sometimes they can feel incredibly lonely.

And I’m not saying a plushie pony will solve all your problems, but it can certainly help with a few of them.

Sometimes, a little comfort is enough to help you face tomorrow ā¤ļø
