Les Mills Virtual RPM - is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact with great music taking you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding.

Les Mills Virtual Sprint- is a 30 minute high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. It’s a short, intense style of training where the trill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits.

Les Mills Virtual The Trip- is a fully immersive workout experience that combines a 40 minute multi-peak cycling workout with a journey though digitally-created worlds.

MEET THE INSTRUCTOR

Hey Peeps! I’m Emma!

I’m a 40 year old mum of two beautiful girls. I Live in Blunsdon and now finally living & loving life!

I’ve been into sport & fitness since I was a child. Representing Wiltshire in various sports , and even into my adult life I still played netball and generally kept fit because I enjoyed it. It was Me Time!

I’ve been a member of most gyms in Swindon lol, but Blunsdon is my favourite. I’ve been a member for 5 + years, and it was 2 years ago I made a bet (it might have been slightly Gin infused) with a fellow Fitness Instructor Emma Law, that we’d become Les Mills instructors together .Emma Law did, I didn’t. However in Lockdown I decided to quit my day job and follow my heart. I have now met the bet and have become a Fitness Instructor & Personal Trainer! And where best place to teach.. Blunsdon. Ive truly have come full circle!

I’ve been co-holding Bootcamp sessions throughout the lockdowns in aid of a charity called Benjamin’s Smile and am loving bringing these fun sessions to Blunsdon members now too!

Currently teaching Bootcamps Session Saturday 10am for 60mins and Wednesday 6.50pm for 45mins Circuit Training. Both outside weather permitting! You will work hard, but laugh harder!

That’s what I bring to exercise is fun! You’ll enjoy it, not endure it!

Outside of training I love seeing friends and family, eating good food and drinking good wine! I’m Vice Chair for my daughters Football Club. It’s important to me that I inspire my daughters to make health, both mental & physical a priority!
I Do love a good long walk or run too . Currently I’m Training for the London Marathon in October!

Ultimately life is about balance, Right? Learning how to balance it is where I can help 🙂

Hello everyone, I’m Emma.

I became an instructor in 2018, having left the corporate world behind to focus on something that I had been passionate about for years - fitness! I wanted to make a difference, to encourage members of all ages and abilities into the studio and work with them on their journey towards a healthier, fitter, stronger, future. Blunsdon Fitness+ is where it all began for me, initially just teaching Les Mills BODY PUMP, but now I teach five programmes and I realise how lucky I am every day. I’ve met and work with the most incredible people.

I’d like every single person who comes into my classes to instantly feel welcome, included and valued. I know that just setting foot in a gym or studio environment can be daunting and so it’s my job to support you and encourage you, whether experienced or beginner, into any of my classes. I’m passionate about the programmes I teach and I love to see my members enjoy themselves and have fun, whilst achieving their goals (or at least a new high).

In my spare time, I enjoy working on my garden, photography, hiking through the countryside and spending time with my dogs. Oh, and I’m a sucker for a large G&T and a bowl of good olives.

Meet the Instructor

I have been practicing yoga for 10 years with 5+ years teaching experience. In 2015 I traveled to the foothills of the Himilaya's in India and completed my 500HR Advanced Yoga Teacher Training certification in Hatha, with a mix of Vinyasa, and a touch of Ashtanga. Repeatedly returned to India to study and practice with world renowned teacher.

My style of teaching is traditional Hatha, including pranayama (breathing exercises) and where possible, yoga nidra (guided meditation). Focusing on posture alignment and prevention of injury, occasional sound bowl healing included within the sessions. I enjoy sharing this practice with people to help them in rehabilitation/healing, whether that be a physical, mental, or emotional illness and prevention of disease.
My classes welcome students at any level, the posture alignment cues ensure beginners feel at ease and also allows more experienced students to deepen their practice. I am a caring and encouraging teacher, once familiar with the participants I place challenges within classes to develop confidence.

Complete beginners are very welcome - it is a non-judgemental, non-competitive, safe space for you to explore your own body and mind.

I very much look forward to seeing you on the mat.

Hi lovely humans, I’m Tori!

Since 2011 I have been teaching, personal training + educating people in health + fitness all around the world. Now with a wealth of knowledge + experience behind me I am still just as enthusiastic about getting people moving whether it's face to face or online.

In both my Fitness + Yoga classes it is important to me that you have fun, feel confident in my hands, + empowered. No matter what your experience I will support you to feel successful + proud of yourself + your body for what you have achieved by choosing to move + breathe.

Outside of the gym I love dancing, laughing, music, good food, meditating, the countryside + puppies!
