Bellflower Class have been working hard on their writing skills! ✍️🌟
The children have been using descriptive language to write about different photos, focusing closely on their handwriting and sentence structure. We are so proud of the determination and focus they show in their independent learning.

We are incredibly proud of the children who stepped out to represent William Morris Primary School at the BKAT Games on Monday.
Our children approached every race with determination and a high level of effort, showcasing the active, hands-on spirit we value so much in our school. More importantly, their great sportsmanship and kindness toward others highlighted the strong sense of community that sits at the heart of everything we do.
An excellent achievement by all!

Just before the break, our classrooms were filled with pride as parents, carers, and families joined us for our ‘Fab Finish’.
It was a brilliant opportunity for our children to showcase the incredible work they had produced so far this year. We are immensely proud of how our children continue to demonstrate perseverance and a true love of learning.

Our Year 5 children engaged in an immersive workshop exploring the intricate world of botany.
The session encouraged our children to use their curiosity to identify different plant structures and discuss the vital role that fruits and vegetables play in our global ecosystem.
It was fantastic to see our children demonstrating such high levels of engagement and asking such insightful questions.

Our classrooms were filled with wonderful aromas as Apple and Blackberry Class turned into a "taste kitchen!" 🍅🌿
As part of their design and technology work, our children have been taste-testing a variety of fresh ingredients to decide what makes the perfect pasta sauce. Developing a discerning palate and understanding where our food comes from is a key part of our 'hands on' curriculum. We can’t wait to see (and smell!) the final results.
