☀️ A Fantastic Three Days for Year 7 ☀️

Last week, Year 7 enjoyed three brilliant days at Thoulstone Park, with sunshine providing
the perfect backdrop to a packed programme of activities.

From the Tarzan Trail and Climb & Clamber to archery and crate stacking, students were
challenged to try something new and push beyond their comfort zones. We saw so many
moments of courage and determination, alongside wonderful examples of students
encouraging and supporting each other. It was wonderful to see our Melksham Oak values
of Pride, Ambition and Respect being demonstrated throughout the trip.

And the challenges did not stop with the activities! Our cake competition saw over 40 cakes
arrive across the three days, showcasing plenty of creativity and baking talent too. A huge
thank you to everyone who contributed!

We are incredibly proud of the way Year 7 approached the experience and hope they have
come away with some fantastic memories. 😊
