Building onto last weeks leg attacks, we’ve been learning how to enter the legs, by countering heavy pressure passing positions.
When you develop a well rounded attacking guard, tunnel vision on one move will never be a problem. You can off balance and entangle you opponents not just for the leg lock, but to get up and smash👊🏼

Pro tip- if you want to work on specific skills,
do specific positional games!!!
Too often people will drill moves and find no success with them during a full round.
Create a bridge between the theory and practical, with specific games designed to give you the time you need to learn and innovate!

Doing 3 weeks straight of back to back pinning defence games is no easy task but they took it in their stride.
