Presence is not a module. It is fifteen months in the room.

Here is what our students actually do. Monthly peer triads where each person sits as client, therapist and observer, with real sessions logged and supervised. One to one mentorship. Group coaching calls. Tutor feedback on every piece of work. Retreats and in person practice. Online ceremony facilitation, shadowed first, co held next, led only when assessed as ready.

Three disciplines held as one system: naturopathy, NLP and shamanic practice. Body, mind and soul. Shamanic journeying. Meditation. NLP. Sound healing. Breathwork. Somatic movement. No psychedelics are used across the fifteen months of training.

That is how the skill of presence, attention and awareness gets built. Not from a slide deck.

September cohort applications are open. Comment "learning" for the training pathway.

Healing is a journey. Not an overnight pill. Not one ceremony.

One night can open a door. Walking through it takes practice, company and time.

That is why our training starts with you. You can only walk a client as far as you have walked yourself. So our students do their own work first: therapy practice with peers, coaching calls, practice hours, immersive retreats and online ceremony, over fifteen mentored months.

We never arrive, and that is not a problem. It is not because we are perennially broken. It is because healing eventually stops being escape and becomes exploration of what you actually want to realise. Something you move towards, rather than something you run from.

The rituals are what make it hold. They anchor the shift so you can feel it months later, in your body, in your relationships, in the way you meet a difficult day. That settled, connected state has a name we keep coming back to: heart coherence.

September cohort applications are open.

LAST 4 SPACES | DRUM & RATTLE BIRTHING WORKSHOP
Saturday 26 September | 10am–6pm | Swansea City Centre

This isn’t simply about making a drum.

It’s about birthing something that will carry your rhythm, your intention and your energy for years to come.

Spend the day working with hide, wood and natural materials as you create your own shamanic drum and rattle by hand, before bringing them to life through intention, ceremony and sound.

You’ll leave carrying two instruments made by your own hands, but the journey of making them is just as important as what you take home.

✨ Only 4 spaces remain.

If you’ve felt the pull to make your own drum, perhaps this is the day to answer it.

Not because it's bought. Because it's made. By your own hands.

The technique is the easy part. The room is the profession.

Most training in our sector teaches you what to do. Very little of it teaches you what to do when it does not go to plan: when someone dissociates, when the grief arrives sideways, when nothing happens at all and the person feels like they failed.

SOMA Transcendence Therapy is built the other way round. Mentored, month by month, over fifteen months. Shamanic journeying. Meditation. NLP. Sound healing. Breathwork. Hypnotherapy. Supported psychedelic experiences and therapy. Each one taught with the safeguarding, the assessment and the integration that make it a practice rather than an experience.

September cohort opens shortly. Small by design, because mentoring does not scale and should not.

Comment "learning" and we will send you the pathway.

Nobody arrives with only one thing “wrong”.

Somatic. Relational. Nutritional. Shamanic. Sometimes spiritual. Sometimes simply human.

Some of the most effective mindset work happens in altered states of mind: shamanic journeying, hypnotherapy, meditation, sound healing, breathwork, and supported psychedelic experiences and therapy. In those states the body softens, the story loosens, and something real can be met.

But the state is not enough. The practitioner is the active ingredient.

That is what we train in SOMA Transcendence Therapy: not a technique, but a way of being with someone while they change.

September cohort is open. Link in bio or comment “learning” for the outline.

Looking at this photo...

What do you think Fed is doing?

Wrong answers only! 👇

I'll start...

⚔️ Trying to summon Odin because someone forgot the coffee.
🎵 Singing the same song that's been stuck in his head on repeat for the last month.
🦟 Negotiating a peace treaty with the midges.
🗺️ Trying to remember where he parked the van.
🌿 Asking Mother Nature if she'd seen where he put his drum.
🧘 Concentrating so hard he's forgotten there are another twenty people sitting around him.
⏰ Thinking, "I've only been talking for ten minutes..."..when the workshop has actually been going for an hour and the organisers have started pointing at their watches. 😂

Now it's your turn...
Give me your best wrong answer!
