Think this might be useful if this weather keeps up…

Freeze water bottles so that firstly they will keep the cool box cold and you have cool drinks through the day. Make sure one or two are just cold not frozen 😳 so that you can drink one straight away lol. Hot water bottles popped in the freezer and cover popped on before you leave can be great to cool you down between client visits. Put them back in cool box to slow the melting. A wheat/lavender bag in the freezer can also cool you down, great to pop around your neck.

And don’t forget the joy of a dog cooling mat.. lovely to sit on lol!!!

The human ones for ladies of a certain age are small but more expensive than the larger dog mats!!

Even droids need their rollers serviced….

Very unexpected.. my longest care home I’ve visited (around 20 years) weren’t sure if it was this or next visit being my last before I retire and my daughter takes over.. So emotional… I now know I won’t be able to face saying goodbye from doing their feet next time .. I’d be a total wreck!! So it’s become my last visit !! I will pop in when I can though for a cuppa as they are like family
