Taith Llangrannog

Blwyddyn 8 had a fantastic time on their residential trip to Gwersyll Yr Urdd Llangrannog over the weekend. A great opportunity to enjoy the variety of activities and practise their Cymraeg. Diolch yn fawr hefyd to the wonderful pupils from our AS Level Cymraeg class who supported the weekend as Swogs.

A huge thank you to Matthew's House for such a warm welcome today.

Our pupils from Enhanced Provision have begun their fortnightly volunteering sessions at Matthew's House, and what a fantastic start it was! We enjoyed a tour of the building and the wonderful Greenhill Gardens, while learning about the many projects and services that support the local community.

The pupils got straight to work by helping to make delicious desserts and sorting through donations. It was a valuable and rewarding experience, and we are looking forward to returning and continuing to support the amazing work being done by the Matthew's House team.

Congratulations to Fin and David, who were both selected to represent South West Wales at the U16 WSFA Macron Regional Cup 2026, held in Cardiff.

This is a brilliant achievement — their selection recognises their talent and hard work as part of the Welsh Schools' Football Association's National Representative Squad Player Pathway.

We are incredibly proud of both boys and everything this achievement represents for them and for the school.
