Since the start of the MBA in 1996, we have over 2,000 graduates. These represent a potentially powerful network.
The Alumni Association is being launched in the next few weeks, with Newsletter and events in Finland and Swansea. The MBA Alumni Association of the Faculty of Business and Management, now incorporates graduates from Carmarthen, Lampeter and London campuses, as well as the established base at Swansea Business School.

Great to see MSc Tourism and MBA students visiting Malaysia for a field trip.
I think the merger to create UWTSD is now well embedded therefore I think we should remove the reference to SMU on the FB page title. All MBA graduates of SMU, Lampeter University, UW Trinity St David and all our former names (including Swansea Institute of HE, WGIHE and others) could be easily incorporated into this page for mutual support, networking and combining events. Between us we have hundreds of MBA graduates not only in Wales and UK, but all over the world.
Since UWTSD has most recently merged with the UW central organisation that previously managed most international partnerships, we have an even wider network of MBA graduates. The UW Alumni network is separate at the moment but in time it could all merge together. Certainly we might share notices or try to link up like minded people.
Any thoughts?

I am now working in Kuala Lumpur. This is a picture of Swansea MBA Graduate Simon Boon Yap, who was an excellent student. Sadly I have lost touch with him.
