A special mention to Lauren Hayward-Toft on her promotion to Yondan — a fantastic achievement and a truly inspirational and special moment, especially with her total hip replacement surgery coming up in just over two weeks. Wishing you a swift recovery and all the very best for your surgery.

Smaller numbers than usual, but huge commitment—especially on Mother’s Day. That dedication and work ethic is what builds champions.

It’s an opportunity of a lifetime to train with the Olympic Bronze Medalist, World and European Games Champion, World Bronze Medalist and European Champion
