One of our traditional way to condition the body. The bag is filled with gravel, approx weight is 2,5 kg. Ideal if you don't have a partner.

The crushing force of our attacks is based on the surfaces where our bones are covered by thinner connective tissue: fist, fist back, elbow, knee, tibia, foot, etc. Untrained use of these surfaces can result in injury. They can be strengthened by hitting, rubbing, pressure, but overdoing such workouts slows down development. Strengthening our bones at the tissue level requires many years of work!

At first we use very little force. Failure to do so can damage the periosteum, surrounding tissues, and joints; even permanently. Properly performed reinforcement results in the strengthening of the thickened periosteum and the cross-linked structure of the bone.

Killing nerve endings in a relatively short time is NOT the same! Although such an impact surface no longer feels pain, this is why we may suffer additional injuries.

Our body is more flexible than resistant material. This physiological feature offers limited possibilities, however, the body is a very adaptive device. Exposed to repeated blows and kicks, a resistant reaction occurs over time, and thus we have the opportunity to slightly change the muscle and connective tissue. The sensitivity of connective tissue depends on its water content and the impurities it contains too.
