Really interesting read published by the Baring Foundation this summer: Creatively Minded at the Theatre: Exploring theatre and drama opportunities for people with mental health problems.

Some very interesting recommendations to come out of this report, including
-Mental Health awareness
-More specialist offers from mainstream theatres
-Centrality of lived experience and valuing participants
-Research on the impact on mental health
-Good practice resouces and training for artists

These recommendations are highly aligned with our new MA Applied Theatre: Community, Education, Wellbeing. We are excited to be on pointe with this important work in participatory arts.
