-Centrality of lived experience and valuing participants
-Research on the impact on mental health
-Good practice resouces and training for artists

These recommendations are highly aligned with our new MA Applied Theatre: Community, Education, Wellbeing. We are excited to be on pointe with this important work in participatory arts.

Introducing! Drama and Improvisation Sessions! A new service for ametaur dramatic, community, and social groups!

This service will follow my 'don't be afraid to play' moto, and will engage your group in useful activities which are designed to give people the necessary skills they need to perform, as well as being free to have fun and play in a non-judgemental space. These sessions aim to help boost confidence and encourage social interaction among group members, to create new friendships and connections.
