Taking up a musical instrument often requires a financial commitment in the form of buying an instrument. This can be a commitment that parents are, understandably, reluctant to make initially because children often change their minds about hobbies/interests at the drop of a hat. Some children are fortunate enough to have the opportunity of borrowing a school instrument in the early days, whereas others miss out because there aren't enough instruments to go around.
A good solution to this can be hiring an instrument before committing to the cost of buying one.
If you are interested in the option of hiring an instrument in the short term to give your child the opportunity to learn the flute, please DM me for details.

I hope that you have all had a wonderful Christmas and I wish you all a happy and peaceful New year.

As we move into the new year, I will now be offering joint lessons as well as individual lessons. A joint lesson can be a great way of 2 friends learning together and encouraging each other along the way. For a joint lesson to be effective, both pupils must be of a very similar standard.
Spaces are limited. I currently have 3 half hour teaching slots available.
If you are interested in either joint or individual lessons, please DM me for further details 😊

With half term fast approaching, many children are still struggling to have access to instrumental lessons. Fortunately I have been able to continue teaching my students on a weekly basis via various digital platforms and this has proved to be successful.
After half term I will have a couple of lesson slots available. If you would like more information please DM me for details. 🎼

It's hard to believe, but the summer holidays are coming to an end.
Due to the continued uncertainty regarding the current pandemic I will continue to teach remotely using skype, zoom or other digital platforms from September, but I hope to be teaching face to face again as soon as is safely possible.

I have a few spaces available in September so if you are interested in arranging lessons please DM me for details 🙂
