A brand new, super relaxed Sunday morning session designed to build confidence in self practice.
Perfect for:
All adults wanting to explore health benefits of yoga postures and breathing techniques.
Parents finding it tricky to find time to attend class with kids - your little ones are very welcome here, they can join in or play freely on the play patch. For smaller babies you’re welcome to bring in car seat if sleeping and/or a cosy blanket to create their very own play patch next to your mat.
Suitable for older kids and teenagers too.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
A great informal way to give Yoga a go!
