My first ever online teaching is about to start...

It is extremely disappointing that the Welsh Assembly Government (WAG) today made no mention about home-based tutoring during the live briefing or on their web site. Therefore, lessons are clearly not able to resume as we all hoped. England has been able to teach at homes for several weeks now. Why not Wales? With schools back full-time, it is simply not acceptable and the slow plodding WAG needs to address this urgently.

The Welsh Assumbly Government (WAG) is at last reviewing the COVID-19 restrictions on private tuition at home. Great news!

Currently considering offering on-line lessons this month. Even when the lockdown is eased, social distancing will continue for many months and is going to make one-to-one lessons impossible.

Following the government's announcement today about the Corona virus, I am suspending piano lessons from tomorrow. It is all very unfortunate. But, everyone's safety comes first. Good luck and stay safe.
