This award recognises our commitment to creating a communication rich environment where every child is encouraged to develop their language, confidence and communication skills through play, interactions and nurturing relationships.

A huge thankyou to our staff for their dedication and hard work and to our wonderful children and families who made our nursery such a special place

This achievement reflects our ongoing commitment to giving every child the very best start in life and we look forward to continuing our journey towards even higher standards

Thanks to a small Capital Grant from the Welsh government, we were able to upgrade all of our lighting throughout the nursery to energy-efficient LED panels. swansea_council

Trydan engineering have been fantastic, working around our busy nursery schedule to minimise disruption and always making sure our daily routines and the children’s needs were considered throughout the project.

The work was completed to a high standard, and the difference the new lighting has made is amazing!🤩

We were so touched to receive these kind words from one of our wonderful families today. Seeing the children in our care grow, learn, and flourish is the greatest reward, and hearing that their little boy has exceeded expectations at his 27-month check-up fills us with so much pride.

From a tiny 2-month-old baby to a happy, confident, curious little boy with a big personality, it has been such a privilege to be part of his journey. We are incredibly grateful to his parents for trusting us with his care and development over the years.
Thank you for reminding us that the relationships we build and the care we give truly make a difference. It really does take a village, and we're so proud to be part of yours. 💕

💜 purple lanyard a– Staff who are confident Welsh speakers and can communicate with you in Welsh.

🖤🧡 black and orange lanyard - Staff who are currently learning Welsh and developing their language skills.

Today our 0–18 month children enjoyed a wonderful Story Babies session! 💕 Through stories, songs, rhymes, and sensory experiences, our youngest learners were captivated from start to finish.
These sessions are a fantastic way to support early communication and language development, encourage a love of books, and provide opportunities for little ones to explore, interact, and have fun in a nurturing environment. 🌟
It was lovely to see so many smiles, curious faces, and excited little hands joining in with the activities. Thank you to Story Babies for a fantastic session—we can't wait for the next one! 😊

our children had a wonderful time in the nursery kitchen, exploring, creating, and learning through cooking!
The children enjoyed measuring ingredients, mixing, stirring, and discovering how different foods come together to make something delicious. Cooking activities help develop important skills such as communication, teamwork, fine motor control, counting, and following instructions—all while having lots of fun!
We are so proud of our little chefs for their enthusiasm, creativity, and willingness to try new things. 😊
Thank you to our fantastic staff for supporting this hands-on learning experience. We can't wait to see what culinary creations our children make next!
