Store-it wales is growing self-storage company based in Swansea. We are looking to recruit a new member of staff to assist with customer service.

Job Description

You will be responsible for dealing with customer enquiries, payments and office administration. You will also be required to assist with warehouse house duties such as forklifting act. We are looking for the following attributes:

• Have experience at a similar level in the retail, sales or logistics sectors
• You will be confident, flexible, and a team player along with excellent communication skills and customer service.
• Must be computer literate.
• Ideally you will be located within 30 minutes travelling time of the store
• A forklift license would be preferred but not necessary. Hold a full driving licence

Duties
*Front desk - Assisting Customers, taking bookings, answering emails etc.
*Occasional use of forklift - F/L License would be advantageous.
*Keeping all areas clean and tidy - always working safely!
*MOST IMPORTANTLY - Reliable, pleasant and able to work in a small team.
