Stop swinging the weight when doing curls 🛑🛑🛑🛑
Lowest I’d go on curls personally is around the 12-15 rep range biceps respond better to high volume or the “pump”
Biceps are an isolated muscle group or an accessory muscle group so no need to go as heavy especially if you are just starting your fitness journey
Try this instead and remember muscle mind connection is key
Don’t rest at the top and just go shy of locking out the elbows at the bottom 💪🏻💪🏻

‘Dance’-House

One of the last parts of the plan coming to fruition

The dance studio will b ready 4 launch very soon

An independent space sectioned off with mirrors & it’s own sound system. The ‘Dance-House’ will be home to a variety of styles to suit all ages and styles. This room will also double up as a yoga studio so we can offer more yoga classes at prime times in the evenings.

We always wanted a place where children could do activities in a safe and fun environment where they can learn and progress skills and techniques while at the same time understand that becoming good at something takes dedication & commitment.

The ideal scenario is they r training the same time as parents & family members to once again reinforce healthy habits. Exercising is a great way 2 spend time as a family in different parts of the gym doing different activities.

The Boxing & Judo clubs have illustrated this perfectly & we feel that dance, although not an Olympic sport, it has definite similarities in terms of discipline, manners, body language, respect & patience to learn.

Our classes r gonna be headed up by - Members will know Taylor as she has been with us from the start. It was quite clear she was a great team member & quickly got promoted to a managerial position.

Her commitment to the gym can’t be questioned she has always maintained that her dance back ground & teaching dance will always be her passion.

Her resume is impressive, Level 6 diploma in dance, DDI and DDE teaching qualification 7 years qualified. Danced professionally in resorts in the Caribbean, India, Malta, Greece
3 years with swansea ballet school.

So who better to head this up in our new dance school alongside other great dance teachers

We can’t wait to announce who else we have got coming on the team

So if u want to get u children involved in dance classes, with the added benefit of maybe exercising yourself in our gym at the same time. Obviously there is the option of chilling out in our ‘Feed me fit’ cafe enjoying our healthy food & smooth coffee
