Mae ein hadroddiad newydd yn edrych ar sut mae plant a phobl ifanc yn dylanwadu ar benderfyniadau ledled Cymru โ beth syโn gweithio, beth sydd ddim yn gweithio, a beth sydd angen newid.
Maeโn edrych ar dystiolaeth gan fwy na 3,500 o blant a phobl ifanc, ynghyd รข mewnwelediadau o bob rhan o Gymru, i roi darlun cliriach o sut mae cyfranogiad yn gweithio yn ymarferol.
Adnodd defnyddiol i unrhyw un syโn ymwneud รข sicrhau bod lleisiau plant a phobl ifanc yn cael eu clywed a bod camauโn cael eu cymryd yn sgil hynny.

Our new report looks at how children and young people are influencing decisions across Wales - whatโs working, what isnโt, and what needs to change.
It brings together evidence from more than 3,500 children and young people, alongside insight from across Wales, to give a clearer picture of participation in practice.
A very useful resource for anyone involved in making sure children and young peopleโs voices are heard and acted on.

Roedd hi'n hyfryd gweld y cyfleusterau rhagorol sydd ar gael i blant a phobl ifanc yn Hyb Llyfrgell Ganolog Caerdydd.
Mae llyfrgelloedd yn cynnig llawer mwy na llyfrau yn unig, o gymorth lles i lefydd tawel, gweithgareddau a chyfleoedd i ddod o hyd i ddiddordebau newydd.
Ar adeg pan fo mynediad at leoedd cymunedol yn bwysicach nag erioed, gall lleoedd fel llyfrgelloedd wneud gwahaniaeth gwirioneddol i blant, pobl ifanc a theuluoedd.
Pam ddim mynd i ymweld รข'ch llyfrgell leol dros yr haf?

It was really encouraging seeing the facilities available for children and young people at Cardiff Central Library Hub.
Libraries offer so much more than books, from wellbeing support to quiet spaces, activities and opportunities to discover new interests.
At a time when access to community spaces is more important than ever, places like libraries can make a real difference to children, young people and families.

We had a whale of a time supporting National Play Day with Swansea Council today, diving into a sea-themed day of fun and creativity๐๐
Play is a vital part of childhood, and our Participation Team regularly visits schools and youth organisations across Wales to hear about the issues that matter to children and young people, while helping them understand their rights and how those rights can be respected.

Did you know that play is a right? ๐จโฝ๐ณ
Yn ystod ymweliad diweddar i Bishopston Playscheme, gwelodd Comisiynydd Plant Cymru Erthygl 31 o'r UNCRC ar waith, gyda phlant a phobl ifanc yn mwynhau eu hawl i orffwys a chwarae.
Cafodd ein tรฎm gyfle i gyfarfod y staff a'r gwirfoddolwyr gwych sy'n helpu i wneud hyn yn bosibl i blant lleol yng Nghymru.
Mae lleoedd fel hyn yn chwarae rhan hanfodol yn lles, datblygiad a hapusrwydd plant - ac mae angen i ni weld mwy ohonynt ar gael i blant a phobl ifanc ledled Cymru.

At a recent visit to Bishopston Playscheme, the Children's Commissioner for Wales saw Article 31 of the UNCRC in action, with children and young people enjoying their right to rest, leisure and play.
Our team met the fantastic staff and volunteers who help make these opportunities possible for local children in Wales.
Places like Bishopston Playscheme play a vital role in children's wellbeing, development and happiness - and we need to see more of them available to children and young people across Wales.

Our Participation Team works with organisations across Wales to raise awareness of childrenโs rights and support services to embed them into their everyday work, using ๐ป๐๐ ๐น๐๐๐๐ ๐พ๐๐: ๐จ ๐ช๐๐๐๐

It was great to spend the afternoon with the Starting and Developing Well team at Hywel Dda Health Board, exploring how childrenโs rights can shape decision-making, policy and practice. By taking a childrenโs rights approach, organisations can ensure that children and young people are listened to, respected and given meaningful opportunities to influence decisions that affect their lives.
We look forward to seeing this learning shared across services and put into practice.

Roedd yn wych treulio'r prynhawn gyda thรฎm Dechrau a Datblygu'n Dda ym Bwrdd Iechyd Hywel Dda , yn trafod sut y gall hawliau plant lunio polisi, ymarfer a phenderfyniadau sy'n cael eu gwneud. Drwy fabwysiadu dull hawliau plant, gall sefydliadau sicrhau bod plant a phobl ifanc yn cael eu clywed, eu parchu a'u bod yn cael cyfleoedd ystyrlon i ddylanwadu ar benderfyniadau sy'n effeithio ar eu bywydau.
Edrychwn ymlaen at weld y dysgu hwn yn cael ei rannu ar draws gwasanaethau a'i roi ar waith.

๐ฃ Meeting with the Deputy First Minister to champion childrenโs rightsโฆ
Yr wythnos diwethaf, buom yn cyfarfod รข Sioned Williams AS/MS AS, Dirprwy Brif Weinidog ac Ysgrifennydd y Cabinet dros Gyfiawnder Cymdeithasol a Chydraddoldeb.
Un oโn prif amcanion yw herioโr sawl syโn gwneud penderfyniadau i wella bywydau plant. Dyna pam rydym yn cyfarfod yn rheolaidd รข Gweinidogion ac Aelodau oโr Senedd i leisioโr materion pwysicaf y mae plant a phobl ifanc yn dweud wrthym.
Canolbwyntiodd y drafodaeth ar rai oโr materion mwyaf syโn effeithio ar blant yng Nghymru heddiw, gan gynnwys tlodi plant, cryfhau hawliau plant, a sicrhau bod plant a phobl ifanc yn cael eu hystyried ym mhob maes oโr llywodraeth.
Maeโr blaenoriaethau hyn yn cael eu hadlewyrchu yn ein maniffesto ar gyfer y Seithfed Senedd, a byddwn yn parhau i weithio gyda Gweinidogion, Aelodau oโr Senedd a chyrff cyhoeddus i droiโr uchelgeisiau hynny yn gamau gweithredu.

๐ฃ Last week, we met with Sioned Williams AS/MS MS, Deputy First Minister and Cabinet Secretary for Social Justice and Equality.
One of our key roles is to challenge decision-makers to improve childrenโs lives. Thatโs why we meet regularly with Ministers and Members of the Senedd to raise the issues children and young people tell us matter most.
The discussion focused on some of the biggest issues affecting children in Wales today, including child poverty, strengthening childrenโs rights, and making sure children and young people are considered across all areas of government.
These priorities are reflected in our manifesto for the Seventh Senedd, and weโll continue working with Ministers, Members of the Senedd and public bodies to turn those ambitions into action.
