😎Week Three of the Summer Holidays! And what a fun filled week we’ve had!😎

The children have been busy enjoying so many exciting activities including Ice cream sponge painting, a nature walk in our local area, shadow animal drawing, sun threading activity, beanbag game, oats and pasta messy play and Summer playdough. ☀️🎨🌿

We can’t wait for another super-duper week and are so excited for all the fantastic activities we have planned!☺️✨

Today we have created our own Summer playdough.
The Tweenies and Schoolies had a selection of sequins, paper butterflies and rolling pins to help make some beautiful creations. They rolled ,squished and stretched their playdough out to decorate it. 🦋⭐️

The Babies enjoyed using shells to make different patterns. They also experimented with some tongs to pick up their playdough with. The children loved getting creative and taking part in this activity today! 🤩

Today our Schoolies enjoyed a fun Bug Hunt around our local area! 🔍☀️

Using magnifying glasses, they spotted ants, spiders, and buzzing bees while exploring the outdoors. 🐜🕷️🐝🌿

Today we had lots of fun exploring our Wwsh ar y Brwsh/ Room on the Broom story sack. 🪄📖

The children enjoyed listening the story in both Welsh and English as well as looking at the story stones we have. The dragon was everyone’s favourite! ❤️

🤩 Week Two of the Summer Holidays! What another fantastic week we’ve had! 🤩

The children have been busy enjoying so many exciting activities including painting colourful tin foil fish, role-playing in our ice cream shop, creating their own musical instruments using recycled materials, baking some delicious oat and raisin cookies and the Schoolies enjoyed the beautiful sunshine with a trip to the park! 🍦🐠☀️

We can’t wait for another fun filled week ahead and are so excited for all the fantastic activities we have planned! ☺️✨

Our amazing Tweenies and Schoolies had so much fun exploring our sensory frog pond activity! We created this exciting sensory experience using water, a blended home grown courgette that was kindly donated and chia seeds to make a fun, textured pond. We also added lily pad pictures and mini frog toys to encourage imaginative play and exploration.

A fantastic hands on activity that supports sensory development, curiosity and lots of smiles! 💚🐸
