We’ve had a lovely week celebrating St David’s Day with the children. They enjoyed getting creative with some fun Welsh-themed crafts.

It’s always so special to see their pride in what they make and they loved learning a little bit about Wales and its traditions too! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Happy Valentine’s Day from all of us at Ty Melyn Childcare ❤️

We’ve had a week full of love, laughter and lots of little creative hands at work! 💕

Our little ones have been busy making the sweetest Valentine’s cards for their families - full of love. We also created beautiful air-dry clay fingerprint heart ornaments, each one completely unique (just like your little ones 🥰). These keepsakes are such a special way to capture those tiny fingerprints forever.

Our Valentine’s themed tuff tray has been a big hit too! We’ve been exploring textures and chatting all about kindness and caring for our friends. Lots of wonderful language, fine motor skills and imaginative play happening through the fun!

We love celebrating special occasions in a way that’s playful, meaningful and full of learning here in Wales 🏡💛

We’ve had such a wonderful autumn filled with hands-on activities and lots of laughter!

From exploring our tuff trays, sticking and gluing cut-up leaves, splashing into messy play, and getting creative with autumn painting, the children have been busy learning through play every single day.

It’s been a season full of imagination, discovery, and happy little faces - just the way we like it at Ty Melyn Childcare! 🍂✨

We’ve had a sparkling time creating our very own firework paintings - full of colour, glitter, and excitement! 🎨✨ The children loved exploring different patterns and talking about the bright fireworks we’ll see lighting up the Swansea sky tonight. 🌟

We’ve had such a fantastic week celebrating Halloween here at Ty Melyn Childminding!🧡 The children have loved getting creative with our Halloween crafts, diving into some super messy play, and finishing it all off with a fun-filled disco which our friends from Little Pickles Childminding come over for a visit! 💃🕺

It’s been amazing to see all the smiles, spooky costumes, and glittery pumpkins — such a lovely way to make magical memories together. 🌟
