We all have our own life cycles..
sometimes we’re as bright and mesmerising as the full moon, other times we could feel invisible and feel we’re in the dark..

Sometimes we’re working on letting go of things we don’t need anymore

Sometimes we concentrate on bringing more of what we need in our lives..

Sometimes it’s easy and enjoyable to go through this incredible cycle..

Other times it hurts like hell and feels like a struggle..

We are all in this together.

Whatever phase you’re in, it will move on.. trust, have faith and stay strong.

You are not alone. Ever.

We are all children of the moon.

So ask the Goddess Selene (who I love working with) or Luna, for love, protection and strength.

Invest in some selenite crystals to protect and cleanse you gently. (The best thing about Selenite, they’re pretty cheap and come in all forms and shapes)

Moon bathe, no matter what phases she is in, she is always there.

Release your emotions of the day to her and Mother Earth. They are strong deities who will always be there for you!

And so will I and this community.

And know, whether bright or in shadow.. you are powerful, magical and magnificent!

This would be a perfect spell to do at dawn. The beginning of a brand new day.

A pink candle or even a white candle would be great to burn at this time and hold or place clear, white (snow) or /and rose quartz around to charge with intension for clarity, self love and insight.

Carry the stones around with you and every time you need direction, take a deep breath, hold your quartz and silently ask what to do. The answer will come if you’re ready to listen..
