Well done to my student Georgia who performed the lead role of Elle in Stage 8 theatre schools 'Legally blonde" 🎶

So proud of all your hard work in lessons Georgia you really shone on stage and used all the vocal and performance techniques you had practiced!

And what a lovely testimonial too from your mum 😍

"Thank you to Amy Ware Academy for working with Georgia - her confidence and determination is down to your encouragement and support "

✨🎤 A VERY EXCITING NEW CHAPTER FOR AMY WARE ACADEMY 🎤✨

Work has started for my garden to be transformed into a brand-new private singing studio! 🏡🎶 and my own personal sanctuary 🥰

A beautiful, dedicated space created for students to develop their voices, build confidence and grow as performers. And all sound proofed so no annoying the neighbours ❤️

Whether you’re just starting out, preparing for auditions or dreaming of performing on stage, this new studio will be a place to learn, grow and shine. ✨
🎤 launching soon! Thanks to Gower Garden rooms! I may just move in! 🤣

🎤✨ Singing Lesson Moments

Me: “Let’s take a calm breath.”
Student: actually does it… and looks surprised it worked 😄🌬️
Me: “That right there—that’s your voice getting ready.”

Me: “Now sing it softly.”
Student: sings a little unsure, but cleaner than before 🎶
Me: “Good. That’s control starting to show up.”

Me: “Now try it again, same thing—but trust it a bit more.”
Student: sings again… more open, more steady
Me: “Yes. That’s the sound finding its shape.” ✨

These are my favourite moments as a teacher:
✨ When the tension starts to drop
✨ When the sound becomes easier instead of forced
✨ When students realise they can actually do more than they thought

Because singing technique isn’t about perfection—it’s about progress you can hear. 🎤💛

And it always starts small: one breath, one phrase, one moment of “oh… that actually worked.”

Step by step, the voice builds. 🌱🎶

Good singing isn’t about forcing power — it’s about balance. 🎶

Breath support , relaxed tension, clear vowels, and consistent practice all work together to create a strong, healthy voice. The best singers focus on technique first, and the confidence follows naturally.

Train smart, stay patient, and let your voice grow step by step. 🎤

Another lovely review 😊 Well done to my students who were successful with their auditions this week!
