Thank you so much to the 2 Minute Foundation for designing and delivering our free Litter Picking Station, it looks amazing!

This is for our whole community to use and it will be hugely beneficial for us in our monthly Community Clean Up initiative when we return in September.

Good morning,

We are pleased to announce that the Walking Bus routes have been risk assessed and approved by Kent County Council so we are now able to trial the scheme to Ebbsfleet Green Primary School after the summer holidays.

I have attached a link for a sign up form with some more information.

If you could take a few minutes to read the form and let us know if you are interested in becoming a volunteer or signing up your child to the scheme that would be much appreciated.

Now the risk assessments of our Walking Bus Routes have been approved by Kent County Council we are able to trial the Walking Bus Scheme to Ebbsfleet Green Primary School. The route will begin at the tennis courts in Castle Hill and we will also stop to meet children at the entrance to the Elephant....

Julia Slade from Kent County Council came into Ebbsfleet Green Primary School yesterday to deliver the first part of the Street Smart Initiative for our year six class.

Street Smart is a road safety education and traffic management initiative run by Kent County Council to promote safer, independent travel and accident prevention for young people across the county.

The first part of the programme focused on crossing the road in safe places, stopping distances and how to become a brilliant pedestrian.

Many thanks to all of the parents and carers who attended our SEN Coffee Morning this morning in the school.

Kent Family Hub were our special guests. They gave a very informative talk on services they are offering in the community and it was a great opportunity for families to exchange ideas and offer support to one and another through conversations over a tea or coffee.

I am looking forward to continuing our SEN Coffee Mornings after the Summer Holidays and want to say how grateful I am to the parents and carers who have been so supportive in not only attending the Coffee Mornings but also sharing information and helping to create a network of support within this community.

The Salvation Army are delivering a series of Summer Youth pop up events over the holidays.

Join them for free, family fun in the park every Wednesday evening in August.

Thank you to everyone who came along to the Ebbsfleet Green Primary School PTA Summer Fair on Saturday.

The PTA raised money towards new play equipment, saw 45 children join the We Make Footballers Ebbsfleet & Gravesend team and a record number of bikes were repaired by the team from the EDC.

Our Community Ambassador and Penny Barron set up a mini Eco Village where Penny ran workshops and activities based around Eco Awareness and looking after our planet.

Ebbsfleet Voices delivered a great performance alongside Arts Point who ran a Movement Workshop on the field and there were so many incredible food stalls for families to enjoy throughout the day.

Children from Ebbsfleet Green Primary School even had some of their own stalls at the fair. Aaliyah’s Children’s Spa Activities and Tenda, Chole and Selena's 'TCS Crafts Stall' attracted support and many customers who were blown away by their amazing efforts and entrepreneurship.

Just a reminder that we have our SEN Coffee Morning tomorrow at Ebbsfleet Green Primary School.

Kent Family Hub are coming in to talk about services and support they provide in the community.

We hope to see lots of you there as this is open for all parents and carers across our school.

We are looking forward to the Ebbsfleet Green Primary School PTA Summer Fair Tomorrow from 11am-4pm...

Some of our Year 4 students (Tenda, Chole and Selena) have been working really hard to create their own stock and are really excited to have their own pupil stall at the fair so make sure you go and see them and support their hard work and entrepreneurship.

They will donating some of their takings to the Ellenor Foundation.

Could parents and carers please bring in any spare school uniform that your children may have grown out of as we are launching a Uniform Swap Shop at Ebbsfleet Green Primary School.

We recognise that families need uniforms all year round, uniforms can be expensive and this is a great way to share as a community and save our planet by reducing wasted clothing

We would also appreciate any spare clothes hangers you may have for the Swap Shop and also any books you have for the outdoors library.
