🌟 Our Stay and Play session was a great success! 🌟

It was so lovely to meet so many new children and their families. Thank you to everyone who came along – we hope you enjoyed exploring our preschool and meeting our team as much as we enjoyed meeting you.

Today at Cygnets as part of our People Who Help Us topic the children enjoyed a lovely walk down to the beach to meet our local lifeguards for a beach safety talk. 🌊☀️

The children learned about staying safe by the sea, spotting the lifeguard flags, and what to do if they ever need help..A huge thank you to the RNLI Lifeguards East Dorset lifeguard team. We had a fantastic morning and learned lots of important safety tips!

🚔👮‍♀️ People Who Help Us 👮‍♂️🚔

This week, we were very lucky to welcome Dorset Police to preschool as part of our People Who Help Us topic.

The children listened brilliantly, asking and answering lots of thoughtful questions. We learned all about how police officers help keep our community safe, as well as the equipment they carry with them and in their police vehicle.

There was plenty of excitement when we got to see the flashing blue lights and hear the sirens! The highlight of the visit was definitely having the opportunity to sit inside the police car, with everyone taking turns.

A huge thank you to Dorset Police for taking the time to visit us and help the children learn more about the important role they play in our community. 🚓💙

Today at Cygnets we had a ride on the steam train to Corfe Castle. We would like to thank everyone at Swanage Railway and at National Trust Corfe Castle for being so helpful
All the staff where amazing and made us feel so welcome.😊
