This week in Year 2, we have been working hard on developing our reading fluency. The children have been reading the same text many, many times, focusing on reading with greater accuracy, expression, confidence and understanding.

It has been wonderful to see how much their reading has improved with each reread. They are becoming more confident and expressive readers every day! 🥰📖

Aren’t they doing brilliantly? We are so proud of you, Year 2! 🌟

✏🍎🎓Pre-school Graduation 🎓🍎✏

On Wednesday, our little learners celebrated this very special milestone. It has been incredible to watch them grow from their very first days with us into confident, curious and independent children. We couldn’t be more proud of how far they’ve come. To each one of our AMAZING Pre-schoolers…

As we come to the end of another academic year we wanted to take the opportunity to thank you for your continued support of us as a school community.

We were wowed this morning by Year 6's final performance of "I'm a 11 year old get me out of here!". We will like to wish all of the Year 6 children all the best for their next chapter at secondary school. We are very proud of them and know they are ready for this next stage.

A reminder that school re-opens to children on Monday 24th August 2026. We look forward to seeing you all then! 😍

Due to the continuing weather conditions, the school will be offering an optional early collection arrangement from 1:30pm tomorrow and Friday.

Please complete the Microsoft form emailed home tonight.

School will remain open till 3:15pm for those families who wish for their children to attend school as normal.

‼️‼️IMPORTANT FOR THIS WEEK‼️‼️ -

Children are welcome to come to school each day in their SCHOOL PE KIT for this week. Please ensure that they have a hat and refillable water bottle and that suncream is applied BEFORE coming to school.
Time outside will be limited, and where/when possible shaded areas only.

Our Year 6 Residential children have had a fabulous first day! Canoeing, orienteering and obviously dinner 🍽️ They’re now all resting, ready for a jam-packed day tomorrow ☺️
