Monday mosh at Overseal-

The Swad squad reunited again for a Monday mosh!

Some people hate Monday but not me it means only one thing ROCKFIT!

Tonight’s class didn’t disappoint it was stacked with banger after banger.

We warmed up nicely to some bring me the horizon, we sassed away with nickelback, we raised the phoenix 🐦‍🔥 with fallout boy, went to Hollywood with undead, got the knives 🔪 out to some bullet for my valentine 💘 and we did all the squats, punches and kicks then turned into living dead girls 🧟 before stretching it all out and getting in the sweaty Swad squad selfie 🤳🏻 at the end! 🤘

If your ever thinking of coming along to Rockfit class especially a Becky Swad squad class I would highly reccomend I joined well over a year ago now and try to go to every Becky class it’s not just a fitness class, its a get away for me, listening to some awesome tunes, seeing some lovely people I call friends and the fitness bit is the added bonus the music takes over and the hour flies by and you wish it lasted long and can’t wait for the next class!

so one class only this week , we blast away the Monday MEH and make the day METAL MONDAY

Got a rather bad ass playlist prepped and it covers all bases. we have a GRRRRR track, them beasty toning tracks followed by a cheeky bit of fun/sass guaranteed to uplift your day.

So squad this is your little reminder, get you kit prepped now, dig out that metal tshirt, rummage out your water bottle, sining voices at the ready and practice that epic air guitar solo

A little post from yesterday’s class 💕 I asked one of my lovely participants to share a little write-up of their experience, so that anyone who hasn’t been to a class yet can get a feel for what to expect and hopefully feel a little more at ease if they’re unsure about coming along.
