The South Sutton Ballet School was founded in April 2015 by Rebecca Fearn (Miss Becci) It is an inclusive dance school based in Belmont, Sutton with a passion and enjoyment for ballet and all forms of dance at its heart. Step into Storyland with SPIS Ballet club! For World Book Day, we found a magical book that brought our favourite characters to life, from Peter Rabbit to the Gruffalo, and witches to flying unicorns, proving that reading and imagination can take us anywhere!

The exam and class award emails have been sent out for next term. Miss Becci is busy sorting out the exam admin, so please let her know ASAP if your child wants to take part by 7th March!

We've reached week 7 and it's been a lot of hard work as we prep for exams and class awards next term. Huge congratulations to Molly on completing her Intermediate exam! Proud of everyone's commitment and perseverance!

I’ve done it! My pointe shoes made their debut, and now it's time to put in the work to break them in and regain my confidence. Pointe shoes are every ballet dancer's dream, but they certainly demand a lot of hard work and dedication.

A little snapshot of what Miss Becci and family got up to in half term. We loved the family circus which was fab for younger children. Ivy would now like to be an acrobat and luckily ballet is strong foundation for that 🤣 Hope you all had a lovely half term, let us know what you got up to in the comments!

Miss Becci was inspired to dust off her pointe shoes after Rebecca, one of our talented adult and Intermediate ballet dancers, got her first pair! Let the pointe shoe breaking in begin! Thanks so much to for their excellent pointe shoe fitting service.
