Elite Life Coach and Clinical Hypnotherapist Hello! I'm Chilli, it's great to see You here. I'm a Life Coach, practising NLP and Hypnotherapy.

I put my heart in all I do and I want to do that in our work and for You too. Would you agree that it feels like we're on a journey in life ….? and sometimes we get stuck, a little lost on the way or we can't move forward because something blocks or stops us. We realise we can’t go on like this longer. It’s sometimes obvious why this happens but often it’s hidden deep, and we need some help to unc

Masks…

Do you often wear the mask of the “Performer”? We wear this mask to the outside world and strangers… How do you want people to perceive you?

Perhaps you wear the mask of the “Protector” often to shield those who are close to you, your loved ones, partner or children, to protect them.

Or is it the mask of the “Pretender” you wear? That’s the stories you tell yourself and how you see yourself.

We all wear masks at times… the problem comes when the gap between the masked you and the real you is too big… or when you’re not sure who you truly are anymore…

Let me know if you would like to explore your masks or want to make changes and to find the real you…

Ps: Sorry if this made you feel uncomfortable… perhaps you can ask yourself why…

Fear of escalators… escalaphobia…

If you can’t bring an escalator into the therapy room, you take the session to the shopping centre… 😁

Helping the client getting closer and closer to the escalator then stepping onto the moving escalator, going up and down, creating a little routine and supporting them through it all was so rewarding and I couldn’t have felt more proud. Because They did it!
🥳🏆🥇🎯

If it affects your everyday life, it’s always worth facing your fears and with love, care and guidance, rewrite your story …

Calm Box…
A great little tool to manage anxious thoughts and bring some calm and grounding to your present moment. It works for all ages, not only for children!
This is an example, a kind of ‘starter kit’ I put together for one of my clients and it works best if you make it your own: put a variety of objects inside that bring you calm and peace: photos, a favourite scent, a joke, a squeeze ball or a fidget toy etc… the possibilities are endless … as long as they fit in a box 😁
You could create a travel version too for the tube or the plane 😊

I wonder what you would put in yours…?
Feel free to leave a comment and let me know.

and weeding made me reflect on the things we need to get rid of in life… unwanted, unhealthy patterns, habits, unconscious behaviours that we often don’t notice until they have a massive and negative impact on our lives…

What habits, thoughts, patterns do you need to pull out from the root?

Pinching the top bit off and covering symptoms is not enough and it won’t get us long term results…
Self care, healing and self improvement can be messy sometimes and it may take a while but it’s important for us to truly enjoy life and let life flow through us and help us flourish…

Ps.: I am not a pro at gardening … please don’t judge 😂

What do we really need for therapy?
I think the most important is an environment where the client feels safe and heard.
Would you agree?

Tired of revising and stressing about your exams?

Make sure you take regular breaks and look after your mind and body. In fact, use your body to help you!

Instead of reaching for your phone when taking a break during revision, or when you’re feeling anxious about your upcoming exams, try changing your physiology to keep calm and motivated.

Use and move your body for a few minutes and try any or all of these exercises to activate the parasympathetic nervous system and to create calm within you.

See how they make you feel and what works best for you!

Do these for a few minutes or as long as they feel comfortable and you feel calmer and more positive.

Any questions, feel free to message me.

I believe in you…

Much love
❤️
