Welcome to Hunny Bunny’s Childcare! I'm an Ofsted Registered Childminder located in Sutton in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire. I am fully insured, Paediatric First Aid trained and a registered member of PACEY. I became an Ofsted registered Childminder in April 2015, working with children from 6 months to 8 years. I hold a Level 3 childcare qualification in Early Years Care and Education and previously w
orked with children aged 1 to 8 years in daycare nurseries and schools. I also became a first time Mummy to my own Son in September 2021. Childcare provision is available Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm (excluding Bank Holidays). Late departures up to 5.30pm may be available by individual agreement at an additional charge. Bank Transfers, Childcare Vouchers, Funded Hours and Tax Free Childcare Payments are all accepted. I offer a welcoming, homely and educational setting, ensuring the comfort, safety and well-being of all children within my care. I have an activity room and a secure garden in which to explore both indoor and outdoor activities, my own 7-seater transportation, car seats, pushchairs, high/low chairs, changing facilities, sleep mats and a downstairs toilet for use. Children are provided with age appropriate resources and activities and outings are planned in accordance with the EYFS, Next Steps and children's interests, aiding their development. Daily updates and Observations and Assessments are recorded online via Famly for under 5's, allowing parents/carers to log in and view their child's developmental progress. Morning/afternoon snacks and lunches are provided at no additional charge for weaned children under the age of 5, along with fresh drinking water throughout the day. Baby milk, weaning meals/snacks and meals/snacks catering for food allergies and/or intolerances are to be supplied from home. Term Time outings to local playgroups, parks and soft play centers are provided at no additional charge. External outings to local farms, forests, country parks, adventure parks and cinemas are provided during school holidays (additional entry fee charges may apply). I network with other childminders in the area and we work with each other to provide emergency/holiday cover, if circumstances allow. School drop offs/pick ups may be available to/from Priestsic Primary School, Forest Glade Primary School, Dalestorth School and St. Andrews CofE School. Please enquire for details of availability.
