🥊 WE’RE BACK! 🥋🔥

After our summer break, adult classes are back today and we’re ready to get stuck in! 💪

We’re looking forward to seeing everyone back on the mats, catching up and getting back into training…if you’re still away enjoying the last of the summer holidays, we’ll see you when you’re back! ☀️😎

After a couple of weeks off, that first session back can sometimes feel like the hardest one. Your fitness might feel a little rusty, motivation might not quite be there, and the sofa might seem like the better option 😂

Don’t overthink it…just turn up and give it your best🥋

You don’t need to be fit before you come back. You don’t need to wait until you’re “ready”. Get through the door, get the gloves on and the rest will follow 👊

Welcome to The Factory Martial Arts 🥋

We’ve had lots of new followers recently, so wanted to say hi and let you know what we’re all about ❤️

Here at The Factory we teach martial arts (kickboxing to be exact), with a fun mix of life and safety skills…

We believe in a safe and inclusive environment above all else, and our coaches are all DBS checked, qualified and come from an education background…

We have fun filled classes for all children aged 3-18yrs and we have adults classes too…

We don’t believe in fighting! Strange for a martial arts club I know, but we believe in teaching real world self defence skills rather than offering fighting opportunities…

We are open this week, and are then closed for two weeks for the summer break, but we’d love to see you in a class in Sept…

Today marks 10 years since we very first opens the doors to The Factory Martial Arts ❤️🥋

I can’t believe where the time has gone, I’ve said thank you a lot this week and I’m going to say thank you again. Thank you to everyone who has ever been involved in our club in any way, you have helped me to build what we are today, and I’m so grateful ❤️

I want to also say that, if you ever have a dream, no matter how big or small, you can achieve it with hard work, passion and dedication ❤️🥋
