The children and staff at Cracker’s Children’s Trust had a fantastic time dressing up as their favourite characters while raising money to support children with disabilities. 💙

We would like to warmly welcome Madame Nadine, our French teacher, back for another term! 🇫🇷

The children thoroughly enjoyed their French lessons and are delighted to have her back. We look forward to another term of fun, learning and discovering the French language and culture together! 🌟🇫🇷

End of Another Wonderful Academic Year

Today, we celebrate the end of another successful academic year and congratulate our very special graduating class.

We are incredibly proud of how much all of the children have flourished during their time at nursery. They have grown academically, socially, and emotionally, developing confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning.

A heartfelt thank you goes to our amazing staff, whose dedication, care, and encouragement have helped each child learn, grow, and thrive through play.

Finally, thank you to all the families and friends for joining us today to celebrate this special Graduation Ceremony. Your continued support means so much, and we are delighted to share this memorable milestone with you.

Congratulations to all of our graduates—we wish you every success and happiness as you begin your next exciting adventure!

This afternoon, the Rainbow children enjoyed their Sports Day. The children have been practising a variety of races and activities, including the egg and spoon race, bean bag balancing, hula hoop challenges, and the relay race.

A big thank you to all the parents who came along to support the children and took part in the parents’ race. Your enthusiasm and encouragement helped make the afternoon extra special for everyone!

The Sunflower Group visited the local pet shop, where the children enjoyed looking at the different animals. They were especially intrigued by the fish and spent time watching them swim around the tanks. The children also looked at the rabbits and showed great interest in observing their movements and behaviour.

The pet shop staff spoke to the children about the different animals and discussed the sounds that various animals make. The children listened attentively, asked questions, and enthusiastically joined in by naming animals and imitating their noises. The visit provided a wonderful opportunity to develop the children’s curiosity, language, and understanding of the world around them.

This morning, we had a visit from ZooLab. They brought a variety of different creatures for the children to meet and explore. The children enjoyed learning about the animals and had the opportunity to touch and handle some of them. They were extremely engaged and excited, showing great curiosity as they looked at the different creatures and asked questions about them. It was a fun and educational experience that everyone thoroughly enjoyed.

Just a few snapshots from our wonderful Father’s Day Stay and Play sessions this week! 💙

We always love bringing our families together, and it was so lovely to welcome so many of you into the nursery for a morning of fun, laughter, and special memories.

We feel incredibly lucky to have such amazing children, supportive families, and, of course, our fantastic team, who work so hard to organise events like these. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the week so special.

We truly love what we do.

The children and staff came to nursery dressed in their England football kits to support England as they play football ⚽️ today.

🔥 🚒 FIREFIGHTERS 🚒 🔥
The children in Rainbows visited Perry Barr Community Fire Station to look at the fire engines before working together as a team to paint their own fire engine using a cardboard box. They also role played being a firefighter by using a spray bottle of water to put the fire out.
