misscreate Online & face to face Drawing & Painting classes for children aged 5-15

As a mum of four young boys and a qualified Art & Design/Textiles teacher with 15 years experience, I wanted to set up local Art/crafts & painting workshops for children of all ages. I am passionate about children being encouraged to build their confidence through creativity and achieve new goals at their own pace. Workshops will enable children to experiment with a variety of Art materials and explore new techniques, allowing them to develop their artistic skills and ability. DBS (formerly CRB) checked.
15 years of teaching experience (BA Hons/PGCE Art)
Parents/carers are welcome to stay to aid their child's development, however sometimes children can develop their confidence if left to work independently.

Another great lesson online via zoom this week.

All my young artists followed my step by step instructions to draw the eye & the contour lines, then applied pattern & bolder linear outlines before applying watercolours.

Each week these children complete a piece of artwork to add to their portfolio while developing their skills & growing in confidence.

It’s always pleasing to see new children join each week & watch them grow.

What a fabulous start to another academic year - my older artists in my online classes painted these beautiful watercolour pieces.

Working on the gentle blends between colours & painting wet on wet & then wet on dry to create the skyline.

My online classes cover a range of different techniques & styles of artwork each week. From sketching & tonal work to watercolours & acrylic painting.
