On Saturday, I headed out to celebrate Boogie Bounce turning 30 years old! 🎉🥳

And when I tell you this company has changed my entire life, I really, truly mean it. 💚

From being a complete shell of a human to becoming an instructor, finding my confidence, finding my people and discovering something I absolutely LOVE… Boogie Bounce has changed everything for me. 🥹✨

I genuinely cannot thank the Boogie Bounce family enough for the opportunities, experiences and friendships they have given me over the years. It’s given me so much more than a job — it’s given me a community, a purpose and a version of myself I’m incredibly proud of. 🐸💚
