I’ve had the BEST two days training with Jessica Jones Acrobatics ❤️

It has been so inspiring and I’ve learnt SO much. I’m coming away feeling motivated, excited and full of new ideas that I can’t wait to take back into the studio! ✨

There’s always more to learn, and I absolutely love having the opportunity to keep developing, growing and pushing myself as a teacher. ❤️

Now I can’t wait to get back to the studio and start implementing everything I’ve learnt…

At our show, our Disney girls were presented with a little keepsake to remember their unforgettable journey to Disneyland Paris. 🏰❤️

From months of rehearsals to performing on such an incredible stage, they made memories that will stay with them for a lifetime. Their commitment, hard work, and teamwork made the whole experience so special, and we couldn’t be prouder.

We hope this small gift will always remind them of everything they achieved and the magical memories they made together. Once a Disney girl, always a Disney girl. ✨❤️

I honestly couldn’t do what I do without these incredible girls. ❤️

Every single week they give up their own time to help at dance, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Whether they’re helping younger dancers, demonstrating exercises, assisting with stretches, calming nerves, or simply being there with a smile and words of encouragement, they always go above and beyond.

Being an assistant isn’t just about helping in class – it’s about being a role model, showing kindness, patience, responsibility and a love for dance. These girls do that every single week, and I couldn’t be prouder of each and every one of them.

Thank you for your dedication, commitment and all the love you pour into Francis Academy. Your hard work never goes unnoticed, and I appreciate every single thing you do.

The last of my seniors has now had her prom… and what a beautiful way to end prom season. 💙✨

Lola joined Francis Academy when she was just 10 years old, and watching her grow over the years has been such a privilege.

From the little girl who walked through the studio doors to the confident, kind and talented young lady she is today, it’s been so special to be part of your journey. We’ve shared so many memories through classes, competitions, shows and performances, and seeing you all dressed up for your prom was another proud moment.

I hope you had the most amazing evening, making memories with your friends that you’ll treasure forever.

I’m so proud of everything you’ve achieved so far, and I can’t wait to continue watching you grow, both in dance and in everything else you choose to do.
